We thought it might be useful to summarize the ordering process.

When you purchase Naked Minerals™ from our website, you’ll be directed to the ITV Ventures™ website itself, which allows for secure ordering of the product.

If you are a new customer you’ll be asked to first complete a short form setting out your name and contact information. After clicking the submit button, you’ll arrive at a thank you page, confirming that you are now a customer of ITV Ventures™. There is a link on that page to take you back to their order page, where you then select which Naked Minerals™ collection you wish to purchase. There you fill in your credit card information and after submitting that, your order is complete.

ITV Ventures™ charges shipping based on the weight of your package, so the shipping charge increases slightly the larger your order. You can select from UPS ground, 2 day or next day shipping. You will also be charged sales tax, based on the State where your order will be delivered to.

ITV Ventures™ also provides a satisfaction guarantee. If you find that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, ITV Ventures™ will replace it at no charge or give you a credit for the price you paid (minus shipping and handling). You are entitled to a refund of the purchase price (less shipping and handling, etc) if you return to ITV Ventures™ the unused portion within thirty days, with a Return Merchandise Authorization number written on the exterior of the package.
